The Walking Dead and Tyler Perry might be Hollywood South’s biggest claims to fame in recent years, but Atlanta’s entertainment industry – and the people telling its story – have been mainstays for decades. Atlanta is known for its legendary music industry, birthing cable news and its vibrant theater scene, and newcomers like the gaming industry and film studios are staking their claim in the city’s rich entertainment soil. Hear how professionals in each of these industries leverage integrated marketing and communications to tell the stories of the storytellers. Attendees will learn:

  • How to craft messaging and content to tell your entertainment story
  • Why Atlanta has risen to the top of the list for the entertainment industry
  • How to get your foot in the door of a tough-to-enter field
  • How to mine for stellar, media-worthy stories in a crowded market
  • Ways to leverage entertainment PR best practices in their own industries
Francesca Amiker, Morning Anchor / Entertainment Correspondent, 11 Alive News
Ryan Millsap, Executive Chairman of the Board, Blackhall Studios
