Kaylee Sims has been named September Chapter Champion, celebrating her outstanding dedication and contributions to the chapter. She has worked on both the College Relations and Professional Development committees, leading planning for a June event from concept through execution of the informative and entertaining function.
“Serving the College Relations and Professional Development committees over the past few years has been extremely rewarding,” Kaylee said. “I’ve been fortunate to have great mentors who are willing to take a bet on me and provide meaningful opportunities for growth – I want to pay that forward and serve as a mentor to university students and young professionals kickstarting their careers.”
Kaylee is a marketing and PR professional with experience working with clients across a variety of B2B industries and verticals. As account executive with Arketi Group, Kaylee serves as a leader entrusted with strategic marketing initiatives that fill the funnel and convert prospects to customers. Kaylee is a graduate of the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia where she majored in Public Relations and Image Management. She also received a Master of Mass Communication from UGA.
