It’s a common yet always jarring occurrence in the PR world: the crisis. You learned about it in school and may have even faced one in your career already, but how well do you know the tried and true methods to effectively face a communications crisis? And, do you have both reactive and proactive strategies in place as part of your issues management platform?

Conroy Boxhill and Kaylea Bowers have certainly dealt with their fair share of crises, and they’re eager to share their best practices, tips and tricks with you. Conroy, former crisis and issues management practice lead at Edelman and current managing director at Porter Novelli (PN), is a seasoned pro at cultivating the right response at the right time and ensuring internal buy-in for a customized, effective solution. Kaylea has 7+ years of experience at PN Atlanta in monitoring, analytics and strategic counsel. She’s a wiz at leveraging the power of real-time analysis to help brands formulate the proper, data-driven crisis response – and using analytics to implement proactive ongoing communications efforts, too.

After a panel discussion between Conroy and Kaylea, followed by Q and A with attendees, we’ll offer guided networking over light snacks. Be sure to bring your business cards!
