DE&I has so many layers, however as a membership-based organization belonging and retention are critical components that are often forgotten. So what happens after you attract diversity, include diversity at the table and try to ensure equitable opportunities?

Unintentionally, there may still be missed opportunities to connect and leverage the talents of EVERY member. We are looking to gather insights from members of all backgrounds, geographic locations, and perspectives, including past members, through a virtual roundtable discussion. We will continue to share insights from the roundtables with PRSA Georgia leadership to be used as a guiding force in strategic planning for the organization and ensure all members, particularly those not in the majority group, feel welcomed, engaged and valued.
