Nearly two dozen Chapter members and friends met up for a casual evening of networking on the Lazy Dog restaurant patio in Peachtree Corners. The Oct. 12 event marked the fourth in-person networking event held in 2023 and highlighted Chapter leadership’s efforts to host gatherings in different parts of the metro area to offer convenient opportunities for people connect where they live or work. Based on surveys from previous mixers, Gwinnett topped other outside the Perimeter locations.
October Chapter Champion Marilyn Perlman, who was a catalyst for restarting these types of gatherings, was one of the attendees.
The mixer also featured a fun giveaway – PRSA Georgia coasters. In addition to providing a place to set your drink, they offer an easy way to stay connected to all the benefits of Chapter membership. Be sure to pick one up at future events.
